Crush Suite syncs with Vinoshipper, so most (if not all) product management should be done in Vinoshipper. If you want to remove a product from your Shopify store, please follow the steps below to ensure proper synchronization.
Steps to Remove a Product:
Step 1: Archive the Product in Vinoshipper
- Log in to Vinoshipper:
- Access your Vinoshipper merchant account.
- Find Your Product:
- Locate the product you want to remove.
- Archive the Product:
- Change the product status to “Archived”.
Step 2: Sync Products in Crush Suite
- Open Crush Suite Application:
- Log in to your Shopify store and open Crush Suite.
- Navigate to Products:
- Click on “Products” in the navigation menu.
- Click Sync:
- Click the “Sync” button at the top of the page.
Verify Product Status in Shopify
- Check Archived Status:
- The product should now be archived in your Shopify store.
Important Warning
If you change the status of your product directly in Shopify to “Draft” or “Archived” without updating Vinoshipper, the product may not sync correctly. Always make product status changes in Vinoshipper first to ensure accurate synchronization.
