Merging Products in Crush Suite

With Shopify, you can create “variants” that combine multiple products that may have different sizes or vintages into one product. This allows for a streamlined shopping experience for your customers and simplifies inventory management for you. Follow the steps below to merge your products in Crush Suite.

Where to Merge Your Products:

1. Open the Crush Suite Application: Log in to your Shopify store and open Crush Suite.
2. Navigate to Products: Click on “Products” in the navigation menu.
3. Select Merge Products: Click on the “Merge Products” button.

Steps to Setting Up the Merged Product:

Step 1: Add Product Details

1. Insert Title and Description:
   • Add the title of the product you are merging.
   • Provide a description that accurately describes the combined product.

Step 2: Add Options

1. Click on “Add options like size or color”:
   • Give the option a name (e.g., “Vintage”).
2. Add a Value for Each Variant:
   • For example, if you have different vintages, add each year as a value (e.g., 2018, 2019, 2020).
3. Add Another Option(Optional):
   • If you have additional variants (e.g., different bottle sizes), click on “add another option” and provide the relevant details.

Step 3: Select Your Products

1. Select Products:
   • Choose each product that corresponds to the variant you have created.
2. Click Merge Products:
   • Once all relevant products are selected, click “Merge products” to complete the process.

Verify in Shopify

• Check Merged Product:
  • After merging, go to your Shopify store to verify that all the selected products are now combined into one product with different variants.
