Troubleshooting Product Sync Issues in Crush Suite

If your products are not syncing between Crush Suite and your Shopify store, it may be due to one of the following issues:

  1. You have unsubscribed from Crush Suite.
  2. Your merchant account is not syncing with Vinoshipper.

Confirm Your Crush Suite Subscription

First, ensure that you have an active subscription with Crush Suite. If your subscription is active and you are still experiencing issues, follow the steps below to update your API keys:


Updating Your API Keys

Step 1: Generate New API Keys in Vinoshipper

  1. Log in to Vinoshipper:
  2. Navigate to Account Settings:
    • Click on “Account” in the top navigation bar.
  3. Select Integrations:
    • Click on the “INTEGRATIONS” tab.
  4. Create New Key:
    • Click on “Create new key” to generate new API keys.
  5. Copy and Save Keys:
    • Copy the newly generated API Key Public and API Key Secret and save them securely.

Step 2: Update API Keys in Crush Suite

  1. Open Crush Suite Application:
    • Log in to your Shopify store and open the Crush Suite application.
  2. Navigate to Integrations:
    • Click on “Integrations” in the Crush Suite dashboard.
  3. Add API Keys:
    • Enter the new API Key Public and API Key Secret into the respective fields.
  4. Click Update:
    • Save the changes by clicking the “Update” button.

By following these steps, your Crush Suite and Vinoshipper accounts should be properly synced, and your products will update correctly in your Shopify store.
