Creating Draft Orders

When creating draft orders, orders for pick up, or any other type of order manually, in order to make it compliant and successfully execute to Vinoshipper, you will need to following the below instructions:

Step 1: Create or edit the customer info

1. Click on customers in shopify and either add or edit a customer

2. Make sure you add their actual address

3. Scroll down to metafields and add their Date of Birth. This is important as the order will fail if you do NOT add date of bith.

Step 2: Create Draft Order

1. Click on Orders in Shopify and go ahead and create this order for this customer

2. Please note: the order will not be processed until payment is collected or its marked as paid.

Step 3: Confirm order was created in Vinoshipper

1. Open up vinoshipper and click on orders and ensure the order was created.
